Mango Chutney Mayonnaise

After enjoying chutney with mayonnaise as a side dip for various foods, I googled, tested and settled on this recipe to create a tasty mango chutney mayonnaise with my chutney - and it tastes delicious!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use whole egg)

- 1/4 cup of Alison's Goodness mango chutney

- 1 tsp curry powder

- Pinch of salt and cracked black pepper to season

Method:

1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango chutney, curry powder

and mix until combined.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

Storage - mango chutney mayonnaise can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

​

I enjoyed the mayonnaise as a side and dipped in my chicken schnitzel bites - amazing!
